MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of JROTC is to motivate young people to become better citizens. JROTC teaches its cadets how to become effective leaders, act responsibly, and provide beneficial services to the community. JROTC also teaches teamwork and self-discipline, while cadets gain an increased feeling of self-confidence and self-esteem. Students get a sense of self-confidence and self-esteem by being put into many leadership positions within the ranks of the program. JROTC benefits the student, school, community, and the nation.

The mission of the Camden Military Academy Mathematics Department is to ensure and provide a successful educational experience that helps students prepare for rewarding roles in our ever changing global society. This is obtained through our commitment to best practices, a well designed curriculum, and a positive learning environment.
The foundation of our mission starts with our commitment to professional development and learning, updating our curriculum, incorporating technology, and making real world connections. We utilize an abundance of assessment techniques, provide unique teaching styles, and maintain many accelerated and intervention programs.
Our students are challenged to develop skills in collaborative learning, analysis, creativity, reasoning, and critical thinking as they attain mathematical knowledge. We encourage all of our students to realize their full potential, while maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations.
