At Camden Military Academy, academic achievement is celebrated as a cornerstone of cadet success. One of the highest honors a cadet can earn is the prestigious Gold Star Award, recognizing students who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their studies and uphold the academy’s rigorous academic standards.
The Gold Star Award is presented to cadets who earn a 4.0 GPA for the semester with no grade below an 80, a remarkable accomplishment that reflects discipline, perseverance, time management, and dedication both inside and outside the classroom. These young men exemplify the values of Camden Military Academy by balancing academics, leadership responsibilities, athletics, and daily cadet life while maintaining outstanding academic performance.
Each semester, Camden Military Academy proudly honors these top-performing cadets during the Gold Star Parade, a formal dress parade ceremony held on campus. During this time-honored tradition, cadets are recognized before fellow students, faculty, staff, and visiting families, celebrating their hard work and reinforcing CMA’s culture of academic excellence and accountability.
We warmly invite families, alumni, and friends of Camden Military Academy to join us on Friday, February 13, as we celebrate these exceptional cadets and present them with their well-earned Gold Star honors. Events like the Gold Star Parade showcase the academy’s commitment to developing disciplined, confident young men who strive for excellence in every aspect of life.
Congratulations to our cadets who continue to set the standard for academic success and leadership at Camden Military Academy. Your hard work and determination make the entire Spartan community proud.
Well done, Spartans!
