Cross Country making big strides!

On October 2nd & 3rd the Camden cross country team traveled to Darlington & North central high school for a double header. Our varsity runners took first place on both meets averaging a run speed of sub 20 minutes for 3.1 miles! Camden Military Academy’s Ben Kenshock secured individual first place amidst hundreds of runners in both meets and even set a new course record at the Darlington invitational of 17:55 minutes with Lukas Smith of Charlie company trailing close behind him. Camden Military Academy cross country has not secured lower than 5th place position in classics and 13th out of 22 in the Heathwood Hall Invitational this past Saturday. With a full meet schedule, you can expect a lot of great things to come from these talented young runners!
