Camden Military Academy Honors 9/11 With Parade and Tribute to First Responders
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, Camden Military Academy gathered on Martain Parade Field for a powerful and moving ceremony to mark the 24th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The parade began promptly at 2:00 p.m., with cadets marching in full military dress before a large and diverse audience. The first responders themselves were touched by the recognition. A Camden firefighter who attended with several of his colleagues, said, “It means a lot to be honored in this way. We come out every day to serve our community, and to see these young cadets show their respect reminds us that our work is valued.” His words reflected the strong bond between those who serve and the community they protect.
