T.J. Spurling Jr. Championship

The CMA Varsity Tennis Team had a tremendous start to our upcoming season participating in T.J. Spurling Jr. Championships at Eddie Floyd Tennis Center in Florence, SC. We had 10 cadets to participate in the tournament with 5 cadets winning medallions. Brodey Lane won the 18 and under championship against his teammate Oscar Bernard, who won second place in the tournament. Domonic Mancuso won the backdraw championship in the 18 and under division, which is the third place. Issac Berman came in second place in the 16 and under division, only losing in the finals to the number 16^th ranked player in the state in a very competitive match. Roman Lepecka won the backdraw championship in the 16 and under division to place third, only losing to the 16^th ranked player in the state. Domonic Mancuso and Brodey Lane won the doubles championship in the 18 and under division against their teammates Issac Berman and Oscar Bernard who finished second. Congratulations to all of the tennis players that participated in the tournament.
