Scouts Merit Badge and Sash

Per troop policy, a scout gets a sash to put on his merit badges when he has earned 5 badges. Most of the new guys have gotten to this point this year. Merit badge classes and achievements allow scouts to learn something new, try a new skill, and advance beyond First Class on the way to Eagle.
