Preparing for the Future! Junior Advising with Captain Paramore.

This morning, nine cadets from the junior class met with Captain Paramore, the Junior Advisor, to create accounts with the Common Application and My Coalition. The Common Application and My Coalition, which are accepted by more than 750 schools, including some located outside the U.S., help to streamline the college admissions process for students. Through these platforms, first-time applicants can apply to multiple colleges at one time. Cadets also began working on their Common Application College Essay. This essay fulfills the requirement for colleges requiring an essay for the Common Application. By the middle of May, each junior will have completed at least one college essay for the Common App! This allows our juniors to hit the ground running with college applications when they come back for their senior year!
