Meet Lon Callis

Hello, my name is Cadet 1LT Lon Callis, and I am from Weddington, North Carolina. This year I will be the Battalion Public Relations Officer. This will be my third year attending Camden, and I am thrilled to start my senior year. I enjoy playing lacrosse, weightlifting, and fishing. I also work as a lifeguard during the summers. I am very thankful for this opportunity to represent Camden as a leader and a social media influencer. I plan to graduate from Camden and continue my education at The Citadel. As the Battalion Public Relations Officer, my duties consist of assisting the Dean of Enrollment and Administration and keeping news releases up to date on all of the academy’s social media platforms. I'm excited to see what this year has in store for all of us!
