On Thursday, September 16, Cadets Jake Dean, Jack Thurman, Austin Martin, Alex Ranft, Thomas Azrelyant, and Brent Buckley attended a Junior Leadership meeting at the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce on preparing for the future.

The six CMA representatives arrived at 8 a.m to begin the session. In the morning, cadets learned about job marketing skills from Brooks Harper, author of Why Should We Hire You?.

In the afternoon, a representative from the Buckley School of Public Speaking introduced the group to the art of public speaking. Cadets gained knowledge in helping to gain knowledge during the interview process, public speaking and building resumes.

Our six Camden Military Academy cadets look forward to participating in future activities with 26 other juniors and seniors representing surrounding high schools.
