Football Weightlifting & Conditioning
Here at CMA our spartans are hard at work preparing for the upcoming football season. Although our athletes are in the off season, it does not bring any rest. Morning workouts take place three days a week after breakfast and before classes begin. The workout programs include both strength training in the weightroom and speed conditioning in the gymnasium or outside when the weather allows! We have also implemented some new technology, including our Tsunami Bar, as pictured below. Our athletes have been performing like true Spartans and putting in both hard work and dedication.
