Eagle Scout Trip!

On October 15th the Boy Scouts went camping a the Camden Revolutionary War Park and we were on a mission to assist Cadet Duke with his Eagle Scout project. We arrived at the park on a Saturday and immediately got to work setting up our camp. My tent buddy for the trip was cadet Heighton, and together, we made sure our temporary home was comfortable. Duke's project primarily involved giving the park a facelift by painting and replacing the benches. As the evening descended, the temperature dropped, so we all bundled up in layers to stay warm. The next day, we had some free time to explore the park! I found numerous cool places, including dugouts, bunkers, and cannons. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience, and all in all, our scout trip was a fantastic adventure.
