COVID-19 (3-19-2020 Update)

Any cadet that has departed campus must remain off campus until the academy receives the "all clear" from government health officials. The academy will notify you once a cadet is able to return.

We plan to have graduation on May 10. However, due to government restrictions of large gatherings, it may become necessary to alter some graduation weekend activities.

The phone delivery system will be moved to a weekly call update. However, if something needs to be communicated urgently, we will use the phone system along with email.

Today on campus, cadets are currently participating in soccer and kickball tournaments which will be followed by a cookout!

Currently, there is not a lot to update parents about on a daily basis so our emails will become more sporadic. However, we will continue to update the blog daily on our website. Please check each day for updates on camdenmilitary.com. Just look for the red bar at the top of the homepage. As with the phone system, we will use email to distribute any important or urgent updates.

IMPORTANT DISTANCE LEARNING INFO

Your cadet received an email explaining the google classroom process. By noon on Friday, your student will need to log in to the google classroom. They will be sent an invitation from each of their classroom teachers. They should then email any concerns that they may have to their classroom teacher. Each cadet is expected to complete this classwork in a timely manner as if they were here on our campus.

Some Dual Enrollment classes will require video lectures and/or discussions. Late work will not be accepted for college courses-no exceptions. Please be aware of this and maintain awareness of the assignments and deadline for the college classes. Cadets should refer to their college syllabus that was given to you at the start of the spring semester. If they have any questions they should email their teachers.
