Civil Air Patrol Leadership Training

Last weekend, four members of the Camden Military Academy’s Civil Air Patrol Squadron traveled to McCrady National Guard Training Center for the South Carolina Wing Staff Training Academy. Staff Training Academy is for Cadets and Senior Members who plan on applying for staff and cadre positions for the week-long summer encampment. The purpose is to train and equip members with leadership skills they will need to be successful as staff members. During the training, members were taught from experienced staff members and could apply new tools during training exercises throughout the weekend. Our cadets and seniors enjoyed meeting new friends and learning to lead!
