On Tuesday, November 5th Squadron 805 of the South Carolina Civil Air Patrol met on campus in LtCol Melberg’s classroom. Cadets in attendance received an Aeronautical Education Lesson from the CAP Aerospace Modules, “Flight Instruments.” Upon enrollment all cadets receive the six modules which present a multitude of subjects such as Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, Rocketry, Space Flight and meteorology.

This past Saturday selected cadets traveled to Monroe, NC to “Warbirds Over Monroe.” We departed after breakfast and return before the evening meal. We’ll have pictures of the participants and some interesting WWII aircraft.
