On March 9, 2012, LTC Heflin took 52 cadets to "Winter Jam". Winter Jam is an annual contemporary Christian concert held at The University of South Carolina. The Largest Annual Tour in Christian Music got even larger. The official line-up for Winter Jam 2012 was spectacular: Skillet, Sanctus Real, Peter Furler, Kari Jobe, Newsong, Building 429 and Group 1 Crew. Before the concert, cadets had dinner at California Dreaming in Columbia. Helfin stated that on this night he watched thousands stand up and cheer for Jesus. The cadets had a great time.
