Cadet Trip to Washington, D.C.
Camden Military cadets visited Washington, D.C. last week.
Cadets visited the National Mall, which included the Lincoln Memorial, the World War II Memorial, Dr. Martin Luther King’s Memorial and the Vietnam Memorial. In addition to those visits, cadets toured Arlington National Cemetary. Cadets had the opportunity to observe the changing of the guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where Commandant Lawing arranged for military members assigned at the Tomb to speak to the cadets. The trip ended with a Washington Wizards NBA basketball game.
Everyone had a great time and looks forward to going back!
