A Busy Spring

Spring is a busy time of the year for cadets at Camden Military Academy. Cadets are playing Lacrosse, soccer, baseball, tennis and track. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays those cadets that are not members of an academy team play Frisbee football. In addition to sports we have a group of cadets involved in the county's Fine Arts Center production of Aladdin. Performances are scheduled for 8, 9, 10 and 11 March. Starting in April, Ms. Holly Stiles will offer art lessons for students of all ability levels. She teaches art at one of our local schools as well as the Kershaw County Fine Arts Center. Finally, the cadets are preparing for our spring parade season. Dress parades are scheduled for 4 PM on Sunday, March 11 and April 15 and 22. We have also scheduled a parade for Tuesday 20 March at 1 PM. Our final parade of the year will be the graduation parade scheduled for 9:30 AM 20 May.
