2022-23 School Year Registration!

It is almost time for the start of the 2022-2023 school year here at Camden Military Academy! The time to start the registration process is now! Make sure to read over our registration instructions and guidelines below so you and your son will be as prepared as possible on registration day! We look forward to seeing you soon!

A Registration Date and Time is REQUIRED
Registration will begin in the Risher Administration Building and all cadets (new and returning) MUST choose a registration time from the days available in the calendars included in the link below. If anyone, arrives on campus without an appointment, you will have to wait until the end of the day to register if time permits before the closing of registration.

NO WALK UP REGISTRATIONS will be permitted!

Click on the link below to make an appointment and choose whether your son is a football player, cadre member, new cadet or returning cadet. All available days and times will be displayed for you to choose a registration time.

Cadets requiring CMA transportation to campus do not need to choose a date and time. Please send itineraries to ASAP!

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

If you fail to submit any required documents or fees prior to your arrival for registration, you will have to visit individual departments which will severely delay your registration process. Please submit any missing fees or enrollment forms prior to arrival!!

Please report straight to the Risher Administration Building upon entering campus. Follow the registration signs. The cadet must remain with the family members during the entire registration process.

In the Risher Admin Building you will be provided a registration sheet with all departments listed. KEEP THIS SHEET WITH YOU UNTIL YOU CHECK IN THE BARRACKS. You must visit any department that does not have a signature on the line next to the listed department (more info regarding this below).

If there is no signature by the department listed on the registration sheet, you MUST visit that department on registration day.

Locations of Departments: (signs will direct you on campus)
Risher Admin Building- Main Office (building with the flag pole)
- Check-in
- School ID
- Finance
- Enrollment Forms

Academics- Academic Annex Building (access the handicap ramp)
- transcript questions
- scheduling changes or questions

Nurses- Infirmary (take any medications into this stop in the registration process)
- physicals
- immunizations
- additional medical forms

Quartermaster Store- Gymnasium (front door facing baseball field)

Finally, report to your son’s assigned barracks to meet his TAC officers and move-in! TAC officers will meet with parents on the outside of the immediate barrack areas.

Once your cadet has successfully moved into his barrack and family members have met the TAC officers, we ask that all family members depart campus as soon as possible. Upon the family members departure, your son will begin his “Camden Experience!”

General Information and Reminders:

-PLEASE be on time for your scheduled registration time. We may be unable to accommodate late arrivals until the last cadet scheduled for the day has processed.
-Each cadet must have a current physical and immunizations. A new physical is required each year!
-Any student that does not have current immunizations and physicals will not be allowed to remain on campus. NO EXCEPTIONS!
-A copy of each cadet's birth certificate must be submitted.
