Faith Beyond Campus
Camden Military Academy places a strong emphasis on the moral and spiritual development of its cadets, offering a variety of faith-based activities and opportunities for religious engagement both on campus and off.
Beyond the campus, Camden encourages cadets to participate in off-campus church trips, allowing them to attend local churches of their choice. Cadets are permitted to explore and engage with various local congregations, fostering a sense of community and personal spiritual growth.
Camden also supports faith-based extracurricular activities, notably through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). This organization offers cadets opportunities to deepen their faith while engaging in athletic endeavors. Activities include retreats to locations such as Garden City Beach, attendance at Christian music concerts, and participation in community service. These experiences aim to strengthen the spiritual and communal bonds among cadets.
Through these initiatives, Camden Military Academy strives to develop the whole man academically, physically, and spiritually—preparing cadets for success in all facets of life.
FCA Retreats
FCA allows students to attend various retreats throughout the year including the, “Carolina’s FCA Retreat” in Garden City, South Carolina!
Concerts
Camden Military Academy cadets have a chance to attend various off campus Christian concerts. Concerts allow students to engage with their peers in a worship environment of contemporary Christian music!
Narrow Way Theatre
NarroWay Productions, often referred to as “The Broadway of Christian Entertainment,” is a renowned dinner theater located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, just a short drive from Rock Hill. Established as the only continuous-running dinner theater in the greater Charlotte area, NarroWay offers original, family-friendly, Broadway-style productions that combine engaging storytelling with themed dining experiences.
Movie Trips
Movie trips are a great way for students to relax and enjoy time off campus. Our Chaplain and Headmaster have organized multiple trips to see Christian films throughout the year!
